By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms are designed to keep everything clear, fair, and professional for both you and us.
1. Products
Every KingForce wallet is crafted by hand.
Because leather is a natural material and each item is individually handmade, slight variations in:
- grain
- color tone
- edge finish
- stitching character
- patina development
are normal and part of the product’s unique character.
These are not considered defects.
2. Orders
Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase.
Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Because many products are crafted to order, cancellations may not be possible once work has started.
Orders with personalized initials are considered custom products.
In the rare event of overselling due to technical errors, KingForce reserves the right to cancel and fully refund affected orders.
3. Pricing
All prices shown are in EUR (€).
Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout where possible.
Prices, discounts, founder codes, and limited drop offers may change without notice.
The price paid at checkout is the final agreed purchase price.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges required by their country.
4. Shipping & delivery
All wallets are crafted to order by hand.
Shipping timelines shown on the website are estimates only, not guarantees.
We aim to ship most orders within approximately 2 weeks, but delays may occur depending on order volume, materials, or customs.
KingForce is not liable for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs
- force majeure
- incorrect address details provided by the customer
Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, shipping responsibility passes to the customer.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer may require additional shipping costs for reshipment.
5. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Personalized products, including wallets with initials, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Product use
Our products are intended for normal daily use.
Natural leather wear, softening, scratches, patina, and break-in are normal signs of use and not manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, overstuffing, chemicals, or neglect is not covered.
7. Lifetime Craftsman Guarantee
Early access customers receive the Lifetime Craftsman Guarantee as described in the product and email communication.
This guarantee covers craftsmanship-related faults, not normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or cosmetic aging of the leather.
KingForce reserves the right to inspect each case individually.
8. Intellectual property
All product photos, videos, branding, logos, names, website text, and content are the intellectual property of KingForce.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KingForce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
The latest version published on the website always applies.
